Hey! My name's Rachel and I'm a 16 year old Canadian. I've loved books ever since I could hold them (I used to cart around this 'Birds of North America Field Guide' when I was about 3) and one of my dreams is to publish a novel. I started blogging last spring on a blog I made with a friend, Read it Write.

10 things you don't know about me:

- I finished the NaNoWriMo challenge last year and in 2011, although neither book is actually finished. Yet.
- I'm absolutely and completely horse-crazy. 
- I'm very passionate about environmentalism and animal conservation. 
- If it's chocolate, I'll eat it.
- I love photography
- Cats make me very nervous.
- I'd love to travel the whole world and fill every page in my passport with stamps.
- My dog is the cutest, smartest and arguably the best dog in the whole world, but maybe I'm biased.
- I am cursed with forever stumbling over my own words.
- I like to stay up really really late and sleep in really really late.
