Hello! I'm Nicole, a 14 year-old from the irritatingly sunny east coast of Australia. I started out chewing on books and now I try to write them. Among many things, I'm a nerdfighter, a sister, a bibliophile, and part of the original P10. Here are 10 things you might like to know about me:
- I alternate favourite authors but at the moment, it's a very close draw between Ian McEwan, John Green, and Gayle Forman.
- I like the Oxford comma.
- I've lived in the UK.
- My family goes car camping every year, and it's instilled a love for road trips in me.
- I love Sherlock, and I'm highly suspicious of Elementary.
- I can be insanely tactless.
- I love water sports. I'm a bit of a beach fanatic and I go sailing every week. Doesn't do much for the Aussies-love-the-beach stereotype.
- I'm so lazy it takes me weeks to reply to an email. I'm working on it. Really.
- I love peanut butter and chocolate and peanut butter chocolate ice cream.
- When I'm talking about something I'm passionate about, chances are that you won't catch what I'm saying because I'll be talking too fast.
